ESTATE MANAGEMENT

The Estate is managed by an estate management company (THE JORLEY ESTATE MANAGEMENT OFFICE)which, among other things, have responsibility for the maintenance of the vision for quality environmental and community standards. The management in addition ensures that property values continue to appreciate over the life of the Estate to the advantage of each individual property owner.

Estate Management services include:
MAINTENANCE SERVICES

  • 24hr Security Services
  • Refuse Collection
  • Maintenance of Grassed verges, Public Gardens and Open Spaces, Pruning of Trees etc.
  • Road and Drainage Maintenance and periodic Road Resurfacing or asphalting control of noise decibel
REPAIR SERVICES
  • Plumbing and Electrical repair services will be available at the Estates yard for a fee on request


ENFORCEMENT OF BY-LAWS & BUILDING REGULATIONS
Bye-laws relating to Residential Area standards are kept and are incorporated in all leases
These include
  • Prohibitions of the rearing of animals like sheep, goats and chickens on the Estate
  • Prohibition of hawking of food and goods on the streets, pavements or sidewalks
  • Prohibition of the use of frontages and premises for commercial purposes except where permitted in the Estate Design.
  • Enforcement of regulations on noise pollution.

Owners wishing to alter or extend their buildings, or in any other way develop their property shall be required to obtain the prior written approval of the Estate Management so as to preserve the architectural integrity of the Estate.

The same principle shall be observed with respect to alterations to front walls to maintain standards. Jorley Estates shall have the first option for executing any such development work.

ZONING CONTROLS
Purchasers requiring to use their properties for commercial activity should indicate their wish at the time of purchase, so that they may be allocated an appropriate plot. Commercial activity will not be allowed outside areas zoned for this purpose.
