Kaneshie is the home of Jorbies Limited as the dream begun from there. From the trotro stations to spare parts dealers, the Kaneshie branch has become a home to other branches. With the recent commissioning of our extended office, the branch has become a force to reckon with in the microfinance industry.
The branch has over fifty filed officers, fifteen officers with over six thousand (6000) customers and still counting.

MESSAGE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
As a chartered accountant, the desire to manage a bigger institution like Jorbies Limited has always been a greater dream. However, the road has not been a smooth one. My entrepreneurial ambition was almost quenched when I started receiving bigger salaries working for other bigger organizations like ACP, Voltic, i-tel and MTN.

I had to make the most risky and difficult decision of life by abandoning a secure job to start a new susu collection company I could not even predict the future. Even though daunting, it was not impossible. With the able assistance of Miss Joyce Owusu and some staff, the dream has finally been realized.

From a small beginning at Kaneshie in a chamber and hall, Jorbies has now expanded to Asamankese and Kade in the Eastern Region and Ablekuman and Kasoa in the Greater Accra region in addition to the head office at Kaneshie. Even though the microfinance is more vibrant, Jorbies has other objects we are seriously pursuing including real estate, transport services and project and petroleum management.

With the purchase of lands at Kasoa, Adenta and Tema coupled with buying several cars for drivers in our catchment areas, the company is growing tremendously and would soon become one of the biggest financial institutions in the country.

Existing for just about three years, Jorbies has grown from customer base of just seven to over fifteen thousand (15000) customers with staff population increasing to over hundred (100) workers.

These tremendous achievements would not have been possible without my hardworking staff. Jorbies has very hardworking, dedicated and honest workers who ensure proper management of funds entrusted to us. Customers’ understanding, assistance from other governmental bodies and public support cannot be left out when talking about Jorbies success.

Even though we have come this far, the company has not reached even half of its intent. More efforts are been made to grow bigger especially our real estate department and transportation services. We have built so many houses for people on their lands as well as buying cars for dedicated and hardworking drivers.

We are now concentrating on developing our acquired lands to build our modern Jorley Estates. With the extension of our head office, more space has been created for the development of our real estate, project management and transportation objects.

We are committed to the course of satisfying our customers and growing their funds. I thank the Board of Directors, management, staff and customers for assisting to make this dream a reality.

To God be the Glory for how far He has brought us , Jorbies limited started from nowhere where most people referred to us as chamber and hall company. In this chamber and hall is where all operations of Jorbies were carried out. There were so many challenges considering the nature of the business in which we are in with a lot of issues with microfinance running away with people’s funds.

The trust to do business with us has been a very difficult task, but with the zeal to break through the unbreakable in spite of these challenges, success has become ours. We thank God Jorbies can now be found in an ultra modern office with quality staff who are more than capable in managing your investments.

At Jorbies we give loans, manage your invested funds and pay attractive interests on them, give business advice and provide a platform for you to have your own house in a flexible manner you cannot believe.
